As a candidate, what should I expect from the recruitment process with ScottSearch? 

You will be asked direct questions that will require direct precise responses.  It’s our job to ensure we ask ALL THE QUESTIONS to uncover the experience level and sincerity of the candidate.  We need to know your motivation, style, what you want to be when you grow up and complete compensation picture!  We have to know these things and can keep them confidential.  If it is assessed that you are a solid fit for our client and position, a face-to-face interview will then be requested.

We have to start with the basics for submittal – a well-written resume (see resume tips tab).  From there you’ll also develop a cover letter specific to the position requirements.  Depending on the position, the skill set, and the company, there may be other steps to complete such as background checks, reference checks and addendums/attachments.
