Most companies have a preference as to how they work with business partners. We are open to most of the common forms of establishing a recruitment relationship. We do prefer to do retained searches, but most companies prefer to work on a contingency basis. We can do those and everything in between!

Retained Search – 1/3 of the fee is provided up front for a dedicated search for the opening. 1/3 is paid in 30 days. The remaining 1/3 is paid when the search is completed – depending on the length of the search. If a search takes more than 30 days to complete, additional negotiations may occur.
- Exclusive Search – gives the client the ability to have one point of contact and can reduce much of the headache of fielding every day calls of candidates and extraneous search firms. This insures no duplicate submittals.
- Contingency Search – the search is one that is not exclusive or retained. ScottSearch only gets paid in the event of a successful placement.

Guaranteed Parameters – All searches come with a standard 90-day guarantee.
- Confidentiality Agreements – We have documentation that can be put in place at the client’s request. If required, we will sign the client’s documents to initiate a recruitment contract.
