As a client, what can I expect from ScottSearch?
ScottSearch’s approach is to act as a remote HR Department. We are totally malleable to our clients’ needs. Some clients need background checks and drug tests – some do it on their own. Some require reference checks upon submittal - others do not. Some clients request additional documents beyond a resume – we collect those for them. When we take on a new client it is important to set expectations, so we will ask many direct questions necessary to make the process run efficiently. The more information you allow us to gather the more time we can save you in finding the right fit the first time. The process is different from client to client and we will work hard to put the steps in place to make the hiring manager’s selection process streamlined and focused!
Our expectation is to develop a long-term relationship. Over time this results in better customer service and increasingly accurate placements. We prefer to work with clients who will allow this so we can bring more value to the table as consultants. Truly having a feel for the company culture and environment is priceless. We understand your past experience with head hunters may not have always been pleasant and will work hard to gain your trust and respect for the ScottSearch process.
